On April 29, 2026, at PTSC\u2019s Energy and Technical Logistics Industrial Center, Petrovietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC), together with its member unit, PTSC Mechanical & Construction Co., Ltd. (PTSC M&C), in coordination with the Operator, Phu Quoc Petroleum Operating Company (PQPOC), held a ceremony celebrating \u201cThe achievement of 5 million safe work hours and officially launched an emulation campaign to accelerate completion of key CPP Topside construction milestones for the Block B Gas Field Development Project\u201d. The event was a flagship activity in response to the 2026 \u201cWorkers\u2019 Month\u201d and \u201cOccupational Safety and Health Action Month,\u201d and was also part of PQPOC\u2019s HSE Award and Incentive Program.<\/p>\n
Attending on behalf of PQPOC were Mr. Conliffe Richard William – Project Manager; Mr. Phan Hong Hai – Delivery Manager, Mr. Nguyen Tien Loi – HSE Manager, Mr. Duong Dinh Long – Construction Manager, along with approximately 60 members of the Project Management Team. Representing PTSC were Mr. Tran Hoai Nam – Deputy General Director, Manager of the Project; and Mr. Nguyen Khac Dung – Deputy Manager of the Industrial Division, Deputy Manager of the Project.
