The conference was honored to welcome Mr. Tran Hoai Nam \u2013 Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Director of Petrovietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC); Mr. Vu Duc Cuong \u2013 Vice Chairman of the PTSC Trade Union; along with representatives from PTSC functional departments, organizations and subsidiaries of the PTSC. A total of 80 attendees, representing more than 500 employees currently working at PTSC Supply Base.<\/p>\n

In 2025, the oil and gas market showed strong positive movement, with exploration and production drilling activities increasing by approximately 90% compared to 2024. At the same time, a number of major projects such as Baltica 2, Block B, Lac Da Vang, and Fengmiao I, implemented by the PTSC and its member units, created significant opportunities for PTSC Supply Base to deliver its core services. In this opportunites, under decisive leadership and the collective efforts of its workforce, PTSC Supply Base successfully achieved its 2025 business targets. Total revenue was estimated at VND 905.8 billion (100.6% of initial plan), pre-tax profit reached VND 74 billion (100% of initial plan), and contributions to the state budget were approximately VND 96.6 billion in taxes.<\/p>\n

Beyond maintaining stable operations, 2025 marked a significant strategic milestone in the long-term development of PTSC Supply Base. After more than 30 years of building its reputation in port-based oil and gas logistics services, the company was entrusted by PTSC and given the mission to expand its services to renewable energy sector. Concurrently, it was rebrand as the Port for Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy Services Branch.<\/p>\n

Based on this direction, PTSC Supply Base is focusing on three core business lines: port and logistics base services; module\/skid fabrication and small-to-medium EPC projects; and services supporting renewable energy projects. This expansion into renewable energy represents more than a portfolio diversification, it reflects a strategic shift toward becoming an integrated service provider across the energy value chain.<\/p>\n

This transformation brings new requirements in management capability, technical expertise, operational organization, and workforce development, while also unlocking long-term growth potential. It positions PTSC Supply Base to progressively strengthen its role as a key logistics and technical service hub supporting both oil & gas and offshore renewable energy within the PTSC ecosystem.<\/p>\n

At the conference, delegates representing various departments presented many practical opinions and contributions to the reports, proposing solutions to effectively implement production and business activities in the coming period. The content focused on building and developing resources to serve the offshore renewable energy sector; innovating operating models, expanding scale, and improving exploitation efficiency; and restructuring the Mechanical Workshop to align with the new development direction. The opinions and discussions clearly demonstrated the sense of responsibility, consensus, and high determination of the PTSC Supply Base workforce in their transformation and development journey.<\/p>\n

In his remarks at the conference, Mr. Tran Hoai Nam \u2013 Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director of PTSC Corporation \u2013 provided information on the production and business situation and leadership work of the Corporation and the Group in the past period. He acknowledged and highly appreciated the positive contributions of the PTSC Supply Base workforce to the overall achievements of the Corporation, and also provided guidance on several aspects of work and important directions to help PTSC Supply Base successfully fulfill its tasks in 2026, especially regarding new service types that are being and will be implemented.<\/p>\n

Also within the framework of the conference, the Chairman of the PTSC Supply Base Trade Union launched the emulation movement for 2026, calling on all cadres, Party members, and employees to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness, creativity, and effort to overcome difficulties and challenges, determined to excellently fulfill the assigned goals and tasks in 2026 and the following years.<\/p>\n
