On December 26, 2025, the Petroleum and Renewable Energy Services Branch (PTSC Supply Base) successfully held its Conference summarizing Party work, business operations, and trade union activities in 2025, as well as the Workers’ Conference for 2026.

The conference was honored to welcome Mr. Tran Hoai Nam – Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director of PTSC Corporation; Mr. Vu Duc Cuong – Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of PTSC Corporation, along with representatives from functional departments, mass organizations of the Corporation and representatives from affiliated units. The conference was attended by 80 delegates, representing more than 500 employees working at PTSC Supply Base.
In 2025, the oil and gas market witnessed many positive changes as exploration and production activities were boosted, increasing by approximately 90% compared to 2024. Along with that, a series of large projects such as Baltica 2, Block B, Lac Da Vang, Fengmiao I… implemented by the Corporation and its member units have opened up many opportunities for PTSC Supply Base to participate in providing its core services. In this context, with the decisive leadership of the management board and the solidarity and efforts of the entire workforce, PTSC Supply Base successfully completed its 2025 business plan targets. Specifically, estimated revenue reached VND 905.8 billion (100.6% of the plan); estimated pre-tax profit reached VND 74 billion (100% of the plan); and estimated contributions to the state budget reached VND 96.6 billion.
Not only will PTSC Supply Base maintain stable production operations, but 2025 also marks a significant turning point in its long-term development orientation. After more than 30 years of formation and development, building reputation and brand in the field of port base logistics serving oil and gas activities, from November 2025, PTSC Supply Base has been entrusted by the Corporation to undertake additional services related to Renewable Energy (RE), and has been approved to change its name to the Oil and Gas Port and Renewable Energy Services Branch. Based on this, PTSC Supply Base focuses on developing three key service groups, including: Port base logistics services; Module/skid fabrication services and small and medium-sized EPC projects; Services related to renewable energy projects. Expanding into the renewable energy sector is not merely an addition to the service portfolio, but also reflects the strategic vision and development thinking of the Corporation’s leadership and PTSC Supply Base, shifting from a traditional logistics service model to an integrated service unit, participating more deeply in the energy value chain. This “transformation” places new demands on management capacity, technical expertise, production organization, and human resource development, while opening up long-term growth potential and creating a foundation for PTSC Supply Base to gradually assert its role as a key logistics and technical service hub serving both oil and gas and offshore renewable energy within PTSC’s service ecosystem.

At the conference, delegates representing various departments presented many practical opinions and contributions to the reports, proposing solutions to effectively implement production and business activities in the coming period. The content focused on building and developing resources to serve the offshore renewable energy sector; innovating operating models, expanding scale, and improving exploitation efficiency; and restructuring the Mechanical Workshop to align with the new development direction. The opinions and discussions clearly demonstrated the sense of responsibility, consensus, and high determination of the PTSC Supply Base workforce in their transformation and development journey.
In his remarks at the conference, Mr. Tran Hoai Nam – Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director of PTSC Corporation – provided information on the production and business situation and leadership work of the Corporation and the Group in the past period. He acknowledged and highly appreciated the positive contributions of the PTSC Supply Base workforce to the overall achievements of the Corporation, and also provided guidance on several aspects of work and important directions to help PTSC Supply Base successfully fulfill its tasks in 2026, especially regarding new service types that are being and will be implemented.
