AutoFit System
The AutoFit system, in combination with two 200T overhead cranes, is deployed as an advanced automation solution for dimensional measurement and fit-up of stubs to legs and bracings. The system enhances construction efficiency, reduces execution risks, and ensures high precision and safety in compliance with international standards for oil and gas and renewable energy projects.
Laser Tracker (Laser Probing) technology is utilized for pre-installation verification of dimensional parameters. The integration of measurement and installation processes minimizes manual rework and enables robust quality control through systematic data acquisition and reporting after each installation.
Gantry Crane
Equipped with two 200-ton gantry cranes, PTSC Supply Base enhances lifting capacity and installation efficiency for large-scale structures, supporting faster and safer project execution.
Equipment Capability
PTSC Supply Base operates more than 100 lifting and transportation equipment units, enabling the integrated execution of fabrication, transportation, and logistics activities.
The equipment system includes 03 heavy-load SPMT forklifts with lifting capacities of up to 270 tons, capable of handling and transporting oversized and heavy structures while ensuring safety, stability, and precision during construction and installation operations.
